Policies & Governance

FAME Education has its own Policies and Procedures Manual that governs the personnel and administrative procedures across all offices. This manual serves as a guideline for managing operations and is mandatory for all staff members.

  • Employees are required to read and understand all policies related to their areas of responsibility.
  • Policies are subject to amendments, additions, or changes, which are approved by the Board of Directors to ensure compliance with labor laws and FAME policies.
  • Each department has its regular staff; however, for program functions, FAME also hires project-based staff depending on the nature of the assignment.
