What we bring to a consortium

Field capacity you cannot fly in.

13 offices, each with standing programme officers for IT, quality assurance and monitoring. A vetted enumerator roster including female enumerators for girls' schooling and household work. Field protocols developed over two decades. And a working relationship with the same departments a programme will have to report to.

Three ways to work together

Sub-consultant, joint venture, or prime.

We are equally willing to sit under a prime, to form a joint venture, or to lead. What changes is who carries the contract — not the standard of the work.

  • As sub-consultant

    You hold the contract and the technical lead; FAME delivers instrument design, field operations, data management and quality assurance. This is the model behind most of the partnership assignments on the record.

  • As joint venture partner

    Shared technical leadership and shared risk, with FAME carrying the Pakistan-facing obligations — government liaison, field logistics, local compliance and language.

  • As prime, with you as technical partner

    FAME holds the contract and the local accountability; an international partner brings specialist technical input. Increasingly what financiers want to see, and the shape the localisation agenda is pushing towards.
