FAME Education Consultants (Pvt.) Ltd was founded in 2004 as an association of educationists led by the late Dr. Khalid Mahmood, and incorporated with the SECP in 2012. We work across Pakistan from 13 offices in all four provinces, under ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 certified process. 49 assignments are published here in full; the wider portfolio includes work we are not free to name. The firm is also federally incorporated in Canada under the Canada Business Corporations Act, as FAME Education Consultants (Pvt) Limited, corporation number 1808904-3.

Oversees corporate strategy, financial management and business development, ensuring sound financial planning and operational sustainability. Leads financial oversight, compliance and strategic coordination across major projects and engagements.

A 16-member International Advisory Panel drawn from 16 universities and institutes across four continents reviews our evaluation design. It is the asset a national firm is not expected to have, and the reason a design leaves our office having already survived academic scrutiny.

Field capacity you cannot fly in.
13 offices, each carrying standing programme officers for IT, quality assurance and monitoring, so a survey can be stood up in a district without recruiting a team from scratch. That is the difference between a six-week inception and a two-week one.

Our independence is structural, not asserted. We are appointed by the commissioning body, we publish our instruments and protocols, and every enumerator submission carries GPS, timestamp and audio audit.

A sixteen-member International Advisory Panel — from the University of Montreal, Universiti Sains Malaysia, the Aga Khan University Institute for Educational Development, LUMS, Allama Iqbal Open University and the University of the Philippines — reviews our evaluation design.
