Objectives & scope
- FAME Education Consultants was engaged to provide comprehensive technical, administrative, and logistical support for the implementation of the Girls' Stipend Monitoring Survey across the five target districts. The assignment included deploying experienced project management staff, district focal persons, and enumerators; coordinating with PMIU, Cambridge Education, district education authorities, and school administrations; organizing field logistics, travel, and accommodation; supervising data collection activities; administering standardized survey questionnaires in selected elementary and secondary schools; monitoring field quality; and consolidating district-level findings into a comprehensive survey report. FAME also ensured timely submission of completed questionnaires, district reports, and the final consolidated report in accordance with the project timeline and quality standards.
