Objectives & scope
- the assignment relates to a Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) consultancy provided by FAME Education Consultants (Pvt.) Ltd. for the British Council’s EDGE-ITA and EMPOWER projects in Punjab and Sindh, Pakistan. The consultancy assessed the effectiveness of girls’ learning clubs aimed at improving English language skills, digital literacy, social awareness, and life skills among adolescent girls. FAME was responsible for designing and implementing the monitoring and evaluation framework, conducting field research, collecting and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data, engaging with beneficiaries and stakeholders, and producing evidence-based reports with actionable recommendations for the British Council.
