Objectives & scope
- The purpose of the Third-Party Validation was to independently assess the extent to which the systems and services covered under the SLA have been implemented and operationalized. The validation seeks to determine whether the contracted services have supported the intended objectives of enhancing efficiency, improving service delivery, and facilitating digital governance within the higher education sector. The validation also aimed to provide evidence-based insights regarding user experiences, technical support arrangements, and operational effectiveness, thereby enabling HED to make informed decisions regarding future improvements and sustainability of the systems.
